irwin adapts pornography from the 50s and 60s to make collages, paintings, diptychs. i am really drawn to this white color palette this semester - here is also an image from an ebay listing for a leather mini skirt i quite like with a similar palate - it sort of almost reminds me of yujean's image with the lacy dress and fisted hands, a kind of resistance to the dress or struggling to release.
